1. Contact us
Email support@diggit.ai for anything: a question, a problem, a feature you want, or a request about your data. If something went wrong, tell us the page or the chat where it happened and the time.
2. Diggit in ChatGPT
With Diggit in ChatGPT you work in your own Diggit company from a chat: find and count records, file forms, change records, run workflows, and draft new forms. It works as you, so it sees and changes only what your permission level in Diggit allows.
Connect. In ChatGPT, find Diggit in the plugin directory and press Connect. Sign in with your Diggit account, or create one. Then pick the company and what ChatGPT may do: Look, Change records and file forms, and Build. Press Allow.
It asks first. Diggit tells ChatGPT which of its actions change your work, so ChatGPT can check with you before it uses them. Deleting a record, applying a change to your forms or record types, and running a workflow also ask you in Diggit’s own words when ChatGPT can show the question.
Disconnect. Disconnect Diggit in ChatGPT’s settings, where your connected plugins are listed. If something still looks wrong, email us.
It does not work? Check that you signed in with the email your company invited, and that you picked the right company. Then disconnect and connect again. If it still fails, email us what you asked and what ChatGPT answered.
3. Other AI apps and agent keys
Claude, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and other tools connect on the AI agents page of the Diggit web app, under your account. Tools that use a personal agent key list it there, and you can revoke a key at any time. A revoked key stops at once.
4. Your account and your data
You can delete your own account inside the app. To get a copy of your company’s data, or to have it deleted, an Owner or Admin of the company emails support@diggit.ai. Our Privacy Policy says what we collect and why, and our Terms of Service set the rules for using Diggit.
